Greetings:Upon leaving a hosting company I exported 15 years of addresses to their only option to do so, a.csv file. I tried to import the info in the new Outlook 365 online program but cannot find any real option for a.csv file.I follow this one man's (Karl Timmerman) steps -Use the import feature in OWA People to import a CSV file. Under - Manage - Import - for additional info click on the linksBut when I get to that point there is no Learn More links only 4 options from which to import, none of which appear to help.Gmail, Outlook 2010, 2013, 2016, Yahoo Mail or Windows Live Mail - again no Learn More link. What is OWA?TIA. Was this address list.CSV file exported from the hosting company coming from Outlook?

If so, select 'Outlook 2010, 2013, 2016' which will take you to a page with instructions on how to import the.CSV file and a 'Browse' button. As it turns out, allfour selections take you to a.CSV import page, I assume that each has different field mapping as I don't see (or haven't found yet) a way to do custom field mapping.Hal Hostetler, CPBE Broadcast Engineer/IT Pro MVP-Outlook - WA7BGX www.rolandschorr.com. No, it wasn't Outlook but a very well done online client.I did import using the Outlook option and it sorta worked but not as I would have hoped. The information is present but in any useful format. It lists everyone by their first names. Their info is available by clicking on Notes. At least it isn't lost which is a good thing since as I said there is 15 years of contacts. When time becomes available I may try importing it into a desktop version of Outlook and seeing about restoring better usefulness. If there is anyone with a magic wand that could fix this please contact me.
